Responsibilities

This company is responsible and booking agent between customers and all suppliers that contribute to the tours presented on this website.

Our company is fully insured. We are insured through an international insurance company, Ageas Seguros, in respect of all insurances required by law in the Portuguese Republic. All our clients will be fully covered during the tours we organize.

Activities

The ticket purchased on the website entitles you to the activity and services mentioned at the time of purchase. Meals and entrances fees are not included when this is specifically referred to. Children under 5 years of age travel free of charge (seating is not guaranteed) and children aged between 5 and 11 years pay 50% of adult price (except where otherwise indicated).

Any customer with any type of restrictions (health, weight, food or other) must always mention it when booking.

Each activity may have different and specific accessibility conditions depending on whether there are children, pregnant women, disabled persons or other.

All the timings for the tours can be changed for technical or logistical reasons.

Cancellations/ Refunds

The company reserves the right to cancel any tour that is not viable due to an insufficient number of reservations.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are not accepted, otherwise there will be no refund.

Personal Belongings

This company will not be responsible for any loss or damages that are not directly connected to or caused by our services. We are not responsible for any items left inside our vessels/ vehicles.

Changes

Our tours and activities may be subject to change due to technical, operational, weather, or other issues. This management is carried out by Portitours and it will be cancelled if the appropriate conditions for implementing the program are not met. Portitours reserves the right to cancel all or any activity through recommendations or indications of the authorities.

Complaints

Only written complains will be accepted, within 8 days of the service in question being rendered. Following the European Union directive, only complains that have been communicated to the supplier (guide, local agent) during the trip, can be accepted. No claims are accepted concerning circumstances beyond our control e.g. weather, traffic, mechanical failure, etc.
